DoD Unified Agenda and Regulatory Plan
The DoD Semi-Annual Unified Agenda is part of a consolidated OMB document published in the Federal Register consisting of rules that have significant public impact and interest.
The DoD Regulatory plan is an annual Statement of Regulatory Priorities that identifies the most significant regulatory actions DoD expects to issue in the forthcoming fiscal year according to Executive Order 12866, "Regulatory Planning and Review," September 30, 1993.
